Nutrition Balance by Talia Evangelou aims to provide inspiration and relevant information for people who want to make healthy eating a way of life.

About Talia

Talia Evangelou is an enthusiastic Clinical Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist with great passion of nutrition and people’s well-being. She can work with adults, athletes, children and elderly people in order to help them to reach their goals and to improve the quality of their life!

She is also an active member of the Cyprus Dietetic and Nutrition Association (CyDNA) and the Sport and Exercise Nutrition register (SENr) of British Dietetic Association.
